Dosage and Administration: This product shall be prescribed by physician with experience of thrombolytic therapy. Treatment of this product shall be started early after clinical symptoms of acute myocardial infarction. The product is used for thrombolytic therapy of STEMI. Single administration is 16mg. Dissolve 16 mg rhTNK-tPA(1vial) with 3ml sterile water for injection, The intravenous bolus injection shall be given and finished within 5~10s.
Therapeutic Indication:It is indicated for thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction occurring within 6 hours.
